Barista
2-4 years experience in:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, teas, fresh juices, mixers/mocktails.
- Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment.
- Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning.

Café Assistant Manager
- Welcoming and greeting customers in the cafe and efficiently determining their needs and interests
- Regularly checking all cafe equipment to make sure it functions properly
- Ordering, receiving and stocking items for the cafe including supplies that are retail items.
- Ensuring a healthy and safe environment and a friendly atmosphere by following sanitation regulations and organization standards

6+ years experience leading Kitchen team in a premiere café/restaurant
- Develops, designs, or creates new applications, ideas, relationships, systems, or products, including artistic contributions for specialty restaurant.
- Supervises specialty restaurant kitchen shift operations and ensures compliance with all Food & Beverage policies, standards and procedures.
- Maintains food preparation handling and correct storage standards.
- Supervises and coordinates activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation.
- Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocates sound financial/business decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example.
